Jamelia reveals joy over second child

Jamelia has spoken about her joy over becoming a mother for the second time.

The R&B singer gave birth to baby Tiani yesterday morning, following a 21-hour labour. She already has one daughter, Teja, from another relationship, while boyfriend Darren Byfield also has a five-year-old son.

"It was like giving birth to a sumo wrestler, it totally exhausted me," she explained. "Darren, Teja and I are over the moon."

A friend of the singer told The Mirror, "Darren was holding Jamelia's hand throughout. It was very important for him to be there for her as it's such an emotional time for them both. They are delighted, as are their families."
