Christina Aguilera bans wedding presents

Christina Aguilera has asked her friends and family not to buy her any wedding gifts.
The singer, who marries Jordan Bratman in December, has requested that guests make charity donations in her honour instead, according to The Sun.
In a card sent along with invites to the big day, the couple wrote, "While we celebrate the richness of life and all the circumstances that have blessed us in career and love, we are mindful of those who are suffering greatly as a result of hurricanes Katrina and Rita.
"The best gift you could give us is a donation to any of the organisations helping the stricken citizens of New Orleans."
