Battle for Lara Croft

Several firms are vying to take over SCi Entertainment, which bought Eidos - creators of Tomb Raider's Lara Croft - five months ago.
SCi bought Eidos for £74m in May and have since succeeded in returning it to profitability.
Now companies including Midway, Electronic Arts and Equity firm Apax Partners are reportedly interested in a takeover.
“The board notes the press comment and confirms that it has received approaches from various parties which may or may not lead to an offer for the company," said an SCi statement.
