Zac Efron: 'Hudgens helps with nerves'

Zac Efron has reportedly said that Vanessa Hudgens helped calm his nerves before a recent premiere.

The 22-year-old actor walked the red carpet with Hudgens at a screening of Charlie St. Cloud in Los Angeles last month.

Speaking to Us Weekly at the event, he said: "She pumped me up in the car. I was a little nervous so she makes me a little less nervous. It means a lot."

Efron and Hudgens have been dating since they met on the set of Disney's High School Musical. He recently dismissed reports that the couple are planning to wed, suggesting that he might not tie the knot until he is 30.
