Celebrity divorcees Alec Baldwin and Kim Basinger have been fighting out a heated battle in court this week.
They are arguing over custody of their ten year old daughter, Ireland.
Baldwin has claimed that his ex has "has a pathological need" to turn Ireland away from him.
Basinger’s lawyer Neal Hersh, meanwhile, claimed: "We believe that Mr. Baldwin has severe emotional problems."
The pair, who separated in 2002, will return to court on December 13.
