Lil Wayne: 'I'll be careful after prison'

The rapper is currently serving a one-year sentence at Riker's Island in New York for gun possession charges but said that he plans to use his fame to set a better example once freed.
"Everybody says that you're here for a reason. I search for that reason every day," he told New York's Hot 97.
"I'm gonna move more carefully and be aware of my situation and status."
Wayne also admitted that he has avoided listening to music while behind bars.
He is expected to be released in November.
