Jenner shaves letter into hair for Lavigne

According to Us Weekly, the Hills star, who has been dating the singer since February, also allegedly tattooed Lavigne's name onto his left forearm last month.
Jenner recently said that he would like to star in a reality TV show alongside the singer.
Lavigne split from husband Deryck Whibley last October.
