He was wearing a pair of pink and purple swimming shorts with the message 'LC, Marry Me' written across his bare back.
Conrad - who is dating actor Kyle Howard - was serving as a judge at the event alongside Matthew McConaughey's girlfriend Camila Alves, while 90210 actress AnnaLynne McCord (Naomi) acted as co-host.
She launched her first fashion line, the Lauren Conrad Collection, in 2008 and followed it up with LC by Lauren Conrad for Kohl's last year.
