Coulter: 'I feel like a new woman'

Ricki-Lee Coulter has revealed that she feels "happy" after dropping two dress sizes.

The 24-year-old Australian singer and radio personality, who is currently dating personal trainer Rich Harrison, said that she does not recognise herself when she looks in the mirror after slimming down with running, weights and cardio exercise.

Coulter told Who magazine: "I'm in the best shape of my life. I'm healthy, I feel incredible and I'm enjoying the confidence that is giving me.

"I wasn't unhappy with the way I looked back then - I didn't actually realise I'd put on weight. I went overseas last year and ate authentic Mexican and cheese in Paris, I just enjoyed myself. But when I got back, I couldn't fit into my clothes.

"I was moody and I didn't have any energy because I was unhealthy. I realised I needed to make a choice about my life and the way I wanted to live.

"I didn't set out on this journey to get to a certain size or lose a specific amount of weight. I'll never be a skinny, bony girl who looks unhealthy; that's just not me. The goal is to feel as good as I do now. If I can feel better than this, then oh my god, give it to me!"
