The footballer - who picked up the 'Choice Male Athlete' prize at last weekend's Teen Choice Awards - told Access Hollywood that he recently took Brooklyn, 11, Romeo, 7 and 5-year-old Cruz to a Bieber concert.
"Justin Bieber's the one for them. Seeing him perform and seeing, you know, the performance he put on - they love him," he said.
The sportsman was accompanied on stage by his children at the Los Angeles awards show on Sunday to collect his surfboard trophy.
"Three times I've won it now," he added. "So each of my boys have got a surfboard. So, I'm happy!"
