Robbie Williams: 'Dogs were bridesmaids'

Robbie Williams has said that his wedding to Ayda Field was unconventional.

The couple married in Los Angeles last weekend in an intimate ceremony at the Take That singer's £10m mansion.

"The only thing that's traditional is the vows. No hen party, no bachelor party, no wedding showers," he told The Sun.

Field also revealed that Williams did not have a best man and that the bridal party consisted of their eight dogs.

"Our doggies are taking the bridesmaid roles! I was originally thinking little bow ties for them but instead they're going to each have flower collars," she said before the ceremony.

The pair recently fuelled rumours that they are expecting their first child after scheduling a mystery party for family and friends.
