The Switch actress made the comment during a recent rapid-fire question-and-answer interview with Extra correspondent Terri Seymour.
Seymour asked, "You don't envy...", prompting Aniston to reply: "I don't envy? I don't envy myself. I don't envy Lindsay Lohan, poor thing."
The star also revealed that her favourite TV show is Breaking Bad and her favourite travel destination is Venice.
Seymour also asked what she tries to avoid, to which Aniston replied: "I've always avoided robbery. Mugging. No, that's not true because I've been mugged. That's a horrible answer! I suck at this game! Next!"
Lohan was recently released from prison after serving 13 days of a 90-day jail sentence relating to a probation violation, and is currently completing a court-ordered rehab stay.
The Switch opens August 20 in the US and September 1 in the UK.
