Police allegedly found him inside a Litchfield Bancorp branch in Salisbury, CT drunk and carrying a gun in January.
The Dodgeball star previously said that he thought the bank was his home.
According to The AP, Torn was denied accelerated rehabilitation in Litchfield Superior Court on Wednesday.
The judge in the case said that the charges against the Emmy winner are too serious.
Torn's case is headed to trial where he will face charges connected to the incident, including criminal trespassing, possession of a firearm with no permit and criminal mischief.
