Zeta Jones’ photo case continues

Catherine Zeta Jones and OK! magazine have won their petition to take their ongoing battle with Hello! to the House of Lords.
The actress has been embroiled in a legal tussle over the publication of her wedding photos since her marriage to Michael Douglas in November 2000.
The pair had a £1 million exclusive photo deal with OK! but Hello! printed hidden-camera paparazzi pictures as a “spoiler??? to the official snaps.
OK! and the star took Hello! to court and won – but the verdict was overturned in June by the Court of Appeal, where it was judged that almost £2 million would have to be repaid to Hello!.
At the time judges ruled that the case should stop there, but now a successful petition to the Lords means the case will be taken to Britain’s highest court.
