The Medium star, who filed for divorce from Jane in January 2009, dismissed the petition last summer after the couple decided to give their marriage another try, reports Contact Music.
A representative for the pair said in a statement: "The split is completely amicable and their prime focus is their daughter. They ask that their privacy be respected at this time."
Arquette and Jane wed in Italy in 2006 and have a 7-year-old daughter together.
Jane is currently starring in the HBO comedy Hung.
