Jennifer Ellison has discovered that she is pregnant, according to reports.
The Daily Star claims that the former Brookside actress has told friends that she is expecting her first child with businessman Tony Richardson.
"Jen's been really busy with her film work lately so starting a family was the last thing on her mind," a source told the newspaper. "It's all come as a real shock and obviously nothing has been confirmed. But both she and Tony are really excited.
"She's done a lot of her filming and camera techniques are so advanced that it's unlikely to cause a real problem. Jen is desperate to have a troop of kids with Tony. She'll be a great mum. It's been a wonderful time for her and it looks as though she's going to be able to have it all. She keeps saying how lucky she is."
