Catherine Dunn, who began working for OWN as an assistant in 2008, has alleged that she was "subjected to a hostile work environment" due to her suffering from multiple sclerosis.
According to TMZ, Dunn has sued Winfrey's company for discriminating against her condition and for replacing her with "a non-disabled and younger employee".
Earlier this month, OWN was revealed to have picked up Rosie O'Donnell's new chatshow.
