Alex Reid: 'I want to act with Stallone'

Alex Reid has revealed that he wants to star in a movie with Sylvester Stallone.

Last week, Reid's wife Katie Price attended the London premiere of The Expendables and told how her husband would be upset at missing the event.

In his Star column, the cage fighter wrote: "I was gutted that I missed the premiere of The Expendables, as Sly Stallone is my idol!"

He continued: "I have never met him, so I really hoped to have done so that evening, he is my ultimate hero and has been since I was a child. With any luck we will meet in the future. Doing a film with him would be my dream."

Reid, who has reportedly turned down an offer to take part in Ultimate Big Brother, revealed that he is currently in training for an upcoming fight.

"I was in Amsterdam for training last week," he said. "It was really hardcore, I got through five or six T-shirts a session, I was sweating so much."

He added: "Gross, I know! I had a walk around the red-light district, and saw the canal and the coffee shops. We were going to eat in one, but I was afraid we would get high just breathing in the air, so we decided to steer clear!"
