Cheryl Cole 'to sell Surrey mansion'

Cheryl Cole has reportedly decided to sell her Surrey mansion.

According to The Sun, the popstar plans to put the £3.5m home on the market once her divorce from football player Ashley has been finalised.

She is said to have decided upon purchasing a smaller place in West London for easier access to her various work commitments.

"Cheryl is selling up. She's already looking for a new home, but it will be a lot smaller than what she has now. She doesn't need a huge estate," a source said.

"She wants to be closer to London but stay near to Heathrow Airport to make travelling abroad easier."
