The Blind Side star filed for divorce from James - who is currently preparing to leave LA for Texas - in April following allegations that he was unfaithful during their marriage.
Speaking to People, she said: "I support Jesse in his move to Austin. We have both moved on with our lives and only want the best for each other. Anything else that is said on my behalf is inaccurate."
James is reported to have bought a new mansion in Austin last month where he will relocate with his three children. Bullock also owns a home in the city.
The magazine also reports that Bullock's adoption of son Louis Bardo was finalised earlier this month. She began the process with James back in January but announced that she would continue as a single parent following their separation.
