The comedian and his wife, Mad Men star Elisabeth Moss, split up in May, according to reports.
A source has now told E! Online that Armisen and Elliot are a couple.
"They are together. It is very new," the insider said.
The pair were recently seen dining together at a Los Angeles restaurant.
Armisen and Elliot have not confirmed the report.
