LucasFilm has filed a $5m (£3.22m) lawsuit against Jedi Mind Inc, which is selling a wireless headset that purportedly detects brainwaves, meaning that buyers can play games or run software using only their thoughts.
The firm is offering three products, Master Mind, Jedi Mouse and Think Tac Toe.
The director's studio claims that the trademark infringement will cause confusion in the marketplace and harm its business and reputation.
According to Yahoo, LucasFilm is requesting an injunction and recovery of damages.
