Wesley Snipes jail sentence postponed

In 2008, the actor was found guilty of wilful failure to file his income tax returns to the US government.
Snipes unsuccessfully appealed against the ruling in July.
According to Variety, the Blade star was due to begin his prison term on September 2, but was granted an emergency stay.
A new date for his surrender has not yet been decided.
