Lindsay Lohan has left rehab after serving 22 days of her 90-day sentence.

Speaking to Us Weekly, a civil attorney for the Mean Girls actress confirmed that she was "released from inpatient rehab" yesterday afternoon.

Lohan had been sentenced to 90 days in prison and a court-ordered 90-day stint at rehab in July after violating the terms of her probation relating to a 2007 charge. She entered the UCLA Medical Centre following her release from prison on August 2.

According to People, a source said that the 24-year-old is "doing really well" and is now in the facility's outpatient treatment programme, while Radar Online reports that she left the medical centre in a chauffeur-driven car and immediately phoned her mother Dina.
