According to the New York Daily News, the boat was rented for $377,000 (£250,000) a week.
The couple had been spotted on holiday in Portofino, Italy and recently docked in Cannes, France.
A source told the paper that the stars rented The Altitude, an 180-foot Benetti yacht.
The vessel has six cabins, a gym and a Jacuzzi.
