According to Radar Online, Kate was photographed leaving sextuplets Aaden, Collin, Joel, Alexis, Leah and Hannah and twin daughters Mady and Cara to the bus stop in Wernersville, PA this morning.
It marked the first day of the 6-year-old sextuplets starting full-time kindergarten. They previously attended school just three days a week.
Kate, 35, became emotional earlier this month when she blogged about having all eight of her children in full-time education for the first time.
"I stand in awe, amazement and slight sadness at the thought of this [insert sad, nostalgic mommy music here please]," she wrote.
"I can remember... thinking ahead to the day when I would send eight children off to school Monday through Friday... at the time, the thought of having eight children at home Monday through Friday scared the living bejeebers out of me."
Kate was reportedly joined on the school run by long-time bodyguard Steve Neild. Ex-husband Jon was not thought to be present.
