The basketball player apparently proposed to the I Love Money winner during an evening out in St. Louis, MO.
According to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, O'Neal took his girlfriend and friends out for dinner at the city's Sahara Mediterranean Cuisine and Hookah Lounge on Monday.
The owner of the venue Sam David revealed: "I think he may have proposed to his girlfriend. He brought a chair into the middle of the dancefloor and he put a ring on her finger."
The sportsman split from his wife Shaunie in November.
