Two men are suing the Transformers filmmaker over allegations that they were attacked in a Hollywood club by his bodyguard.
Bay's attorney Marty Singer has slammed the claims, branding them "false and fabricated".
In a letter obtained by TMZ, Singer addresses the men: "The claims asserted against Mr Bay are false and fabricated. We demand immediate dismissal… of the complaint against Mr Bay, as well as a sincere public apology.
"This is a textbook case of malicious prosecution. It is readily apparent that your clients' outlandish claims against Mr Bay have no factual or legal basis."
