Bristol Palin wants to set 'good example'

Bristol Palin has claimed that she wants to set a good example for all mothers.

Speaking to Radar Online, Sarah Palin's daughter said that modern mothers are able to take on multiple responsibilities, including work and family.

The 19-year-old mum, who recently broke up with Levi Johnston, has also been tapped to appear on the next season of Dancing With The Stars.

"I'm not the first mum to participate on Dancing With The Stars… and like those who came before me, I want to set a good example for all of the amazing mums out there," she said.

She added: "Yes, we can balance work and family, and we can also take on a new and exciting challenge."

Palin also explained that she is excited about her upcoming projects and challenges.

"I'm excited! It feels great to step outside of my comfort zone and take on a new challenge. Ultimately, I look forward most to getting in the studio and working hard. I'm in good hands."
