The Crocodile Dundee star, who has been banned from returning to his home in LA from Australia until his ongoing tax dispute has been settled, said that he would rather go bankrupt than pay them money that he does not think he owes.
Hogan told The Australian that he is sick of being "smeared" as a tax evader, saying: "It is just so un-Australian. Whatever happened to this country? Whatever happened to a fair go?"
He also said that he expected tax office investigators to "high five" each other if he was found guilty.
