Mutya unveils "extreme" bum implants

Mutya Buena has confirmed that she has undergone cosmetic surgery to enhance her breasts and bottom.

The former Sugababes star told Heat that she researched the procedure a while ago and that it is popular in the US and Brazil.

Buena said of her bottom implants: "I just wanted it a bit perkier. It's not that there was anything wrong with it - it's just a change. I like to be extreme."

Describing the procedure, she added: "It's like an insertion, just at the top of your hole. They work out what size is best for your figure, your height and stuff, exactly the same as breast implants. I've had them done too, I'm now an E-cup."

Buena revealed that that her friends and family thought she was "mad" to get the bottom surgery and confirmed that she could "really feel the implant" after her recent trip to Ibiza.

Despite her own procedures, the singer said of Heidi Montag's extensive cosmetic surgery: "I thought she was a pretty girl before she got it all done. She looks creepy now."
