Jon Gosselin denies extortion claims

Jon Gosselin has reportedly dismissed a recent claim that alleged he tried to extort money from ex-wife Kate.

According to Radar Online, the father-of-eight's ex-girlfriend Hailey Glassman had made the allegations and provided handwritten notes reported to belong to Gosselin to back up her claims.

However, writing on his Twitter account, the reality star said: "Radar Online has been duped again by Hailey Glassman, who is apparently without a job and desperate for money.

"This article contains so many lies, they are too numerous to count. It is completely false and without any merit."

Gosselin, 33, finalised his divorce from Kate after ten years of marriage last year. He began dating Glassman in June 2009, but the couple separated the following October.
