Myleene Klass has revealed that she feels "humiliated" after becoming the victim of a "happy slapping" attack.
The former Hear'say singer and CD:UK presenter was surrounded by yobs who pushed her to the ground and dropped a bag of chips on her head, while filming the incident on mobile phones.
Klass believes that she was targeted because of her fame and work supporting an anti-bullying campaign for children's charity NCH.
"The worst thing was my back was turned so I didn't see the attack coming, which is even more humiliating," Myleene told GMTV. "They definitely knew who I was."
She added, "It's very easy to suffer in silence - remaining silent becomes part of the problem. Because I worked with NCH I know how powerful it is if you do speak out."
