Francesca Spero, who worked for the hip-hop mogul for more than 12 years, has filed an age discrimination lawsuit against him, according to The AP.
Spero has claimed that at 51-years-old she was wrongfully fired earlier this year for being too old to work for the rap star’s company.
The woman’s attorney, Laurie Berke-Weiss told NBC New York: "Francesca Spero opened the door for Combs’s career and, now that she’s 51, he showed her the door at Bad Boy."
A rep for Diddy has insisted that "there are many reasons why Ms Spero is no longer employed by Bad Boy, but age discrimination is not one of them".
