Shannon 'threatens to sue Spencer Pratt'

Karissa Shannon has reportedly threatened to sue Spencer Pratt for stealing private video footage from her home.

TMZ reports that the Playboy Playmate's lawyer has sent Pratt a legal letter demanding that he return a video recording that he allegedly took during a visit to her Los Angeles house.

The letter claims that the footage was "taken from [Karissa]" and "contains private materials" of the model and her boyfriend Sam Jones.

The attorney has asserted that if Pratt does not return the recording, Shannon will file a lawsuit against him.

Shannon previously confirmed that she made a sex tape with Pratt's wife Heidi Montag.
