The singer, who has an estimated fortune of £4.5m, said that she regrets wasting her income.
She explained to The Times: "I wish I had been more concerned about money over the past years, because I've wasted a lot on clothes and just stupid things.
"[My boyfriend] Sam [Cooper] says, 'Don't beat yourself up about it', but I wish I hadn't been quite so frivolous."
Allen also admitted that if her funds were running low, she might consider selling her wedding photographs when she marries.
"I'd really hope I'm never in a position where I'd have to sell pictures of my wedding, but if times get hard… If it meant I'd lose my house otherwise, then I'd have to think about it."
