The Piranha 3D actress will now join supermodels Claudia Schiffer, Helena Christensen, Eva Herzigova and Lizzy Jagger on the New York agency's books.
A friend told the Daily Mail: "Kelly's over the moon to be joining One.
"She's off to New York for Fashion Week in a few days and she hopes to make a real impression. Who knows where it will lead? It's very exciting."
The 30-year-old recently posed for Playboy and is said to be considering a move to the US for her career.
