The Gossip Girl actor, who plays Chuck Bass, denied that he is dating co-star Jessica Szohr and said that he is not looking for love at all because of his hectic professional life.
"I'm single," he told Closer. "My English accent drives American girls crazy but I haven't got time for romance."
The star also explained that while he is not interested in long-term relationships, there is one celebrity that he would make an exception for.
"I've always been in love with Rachel Weisz, but sadly she's taken."
The fourth season of Gossip Girl will premiere on September 13 on The CW.
