Nick Lachey is reportedly in talks with OK! magazine to reveal all about his split with Jessica Simpson.

A 'spy' alleged the singer's friend AJ DiScala approached the magazine on behalf of Lachey to try and make a deal worth $300,000. The spy added that Lachey and DiScala are planning on co-investing in new US club Pacha.

Denying the report, Lachey's representative Shawn Sachs said: "Drew Lachey - Nick's manager - has not spoken to OK! magazine about any interview deal. Any report to the contrary is false. A.J. is Nick's good friend. And Nick is not involved in Pacha."

DiScala has also denied the story.
