The actress/comedian gave birth to her first son on Tuesday in Manhattan, reports Us Weekly.
Dratch named the baby Erin.
"She's doing great and the baby's doing great. She's healthy and really happy," said a source.
The 44-year-old has reportedly not revealed the identity of the baby's father.
