Danan, who found fame playing Sol Patrick in Hollyoaks, was initially charged with a public order offence and possession of cannabis on Saturday.
Less than 12 hours later, he was charged with possession of cocaine following a disturbance at 3am in Stamford Yard.
A police rep confirmed to Royston News that the actor had been charged and bailed. He will appear before magistrates in Stevenage on September 21.
Danan's career since Hollyoaks has revolved around stints on reality TV shows, including two appearances on ITV's Celebrity Love Island.
