According to The Insider, Rowe is seeking to recoup money that she paid her attorneys during the 2009 custody battle over her and Michael's two children.
The documents filed on Tuesday include a letter written by Jackson's mother Katherine asking the estate to refund Rowe for "reasonable attorneys fees relating to the guardianship [of Michael's children]".
The letter from Katherine also states: "Deborah Rowe and her attorney were very cooperative in helping the guardianship action go smoothly."
In July 2009, the two parties settled on a custody agreement for Paris and Prince that gave Debbie visitation rights with the children.
