The pair are said to be keeping their romance private but according to a source, they are "definitely" together.

The insider told Holly Scoop: "They're trying to keep a low profile but they're definitely dating."

Gyllenhaal split from Reese Witherspoon last year and Bilson recently broke up with fiancé Hayden Christensen.

Gyllenhaal said earlier this year that he thinks it's important for "every man to find the right woman and every woman to find the right man".
