Christina Aguilera, famous for her hit Dirty, has revealed that she wants to throw her old image away in favour of a cleaner, "classier" one.

Since her November marriage to Jordan Bratman, the singer has decided that it's time to clean her act up. "I think the Christina look I had before meeting Jordan is well and truly in my past. I've decided on a classier image for the future - more fitting for a married lady," she told MSNBC.

The star is also planning to start a family with her husband: "We definitely, definitely want to have children. I think we will probably start trying when we wrap up my next world tour and I'm very very excited about that."

Going even further, the star may even change her given name. "I'll probably always be Christina Aguilera professionally, but I'm thinking of changing some legal things and going by my middle name Maria and his last name."
