Olivia de Havilland given French award

At a ceremony in Paris, the French leader praised the 94-year-old Oscar winner's career and presented her with his country's highest cultural honour, according to The AP.
The British actress appeared in numerous American films, but has lived in France since 1953.
Sarkozy told de Havilland: "You honour France for having chosen us."
De Havilland is most widely known for playing Melanie Wilkes in 1939's Gone With The Wind. She is the last living major star of the esteemed American Civil War film.
