The Resident Evil: Afterlife actress said that she is expecting a boy during Thursday's episode of Late Night With Jimmy Fallon.
"Oh! I was trying to keep it private… but we're having a boy," said Larter.
The baby will be her first child with husband Hayes MacArthur.
“I have a little penis inside of me," Larter joked.
