The 30-year-old Australian model, who is married to 66-year-old billionaire Jim Clark, said that she feels very "lucky" to have him.
Hinze told The Daily Telegraph: "He's definitely a keeper. Age is a number, it doesn't make a difference to how much we love each other or how much fun we have.
"I've kind of scaled back [on work] this year because I've just been married a year and he asked me to take it easy for the first year and then see what's out there.
"I don't think of [him as rich]. He's just a normal man. We have a very blessed life together, I must admit, and I'm very lucky, but we do the same things everyone else does. Our favourite times together are around the pool table, but [we] end up in a bit of an argument sometimes."
