McFly blast 'Harry Potter' star Radcliffe

McFly have blasted Harry Potter actor Daniel Radcliffe.

The group are unhappy after the star decided to criticise their musical abilities in interviews.

"I've never met him, but if I did I'd throw a bag of s*** over his head," bass player Dougie told The Mirror. "He's slagged us off in interviews - we've never met him, so I don't know where it's coming from. He's going to be embarrassed when he does meet us."

Guitarist Tom added, "It's happened to us when we've slagged off people we haven't met and when we do meet them we just feel stupid - that's how we want him to feel. He said about us: 'I know bands who can actually play their instruments and who write their songs.'

"Well, we know actors who play more than one character. He's got his facts wrong."
