The Bride Wars actress will see a variety of stolen trinkets given to her by jailed Italian businessman Raffaello Follieri, which she surrendered for use as evidence in his fraud trial, sold off on a bidding website.
According to the New York Daily News, the items formerly belonging to Hathaway will go under the hammer on txauction.com, with all takings used to compensate victims of Follieri's crimes.
Hathaway ended her long-term relationship with Follieri over a series of scandals four months before he was sentenced to four and a half years in jail in October 2008.
