The six-bedroom property is situated in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in the South-West, and boasts a rose garden, croquet lawn, five bathrooms and three reception rooms. In addition, there is a three-bedroom cottage in the grounds.
The move will see Allen and her boyfriend Sam Cooper, 32, living a short drive away from the singer's father Keith.
The Daily Mail reports that a spokesman for estate agent Savills confirmed the sale. They said: "It's all gone through and she is now the proud owner. It's in a beautiful, untouched piece of rural England."
Lily, who announced her retirement from music earlier this year, is currently expecting her first child with Cooper.
